Fishing in great rivers and lakes
Lurking in the untamed waters of Mongolia's rivers, the Taimen is one of the largest species of freshwater fish found anywhere on Earth. The Taimen are more often than not referred to as "ferocious" and the veraciousness with which they strike tells us why. They are of the Salmonoid family and look similar in color to a rainbow trout. That's about as far as the comparison can be taken though. Taimen behave like no other fish and catching them on the fly is an experience that rivals the unbelievable.

Upon arrival at the Buyant Ukhaa Airport in Ulaanbaatar, you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel (3*) in downtown.
