Bookings will be accepted through our issue of confirmation invoice and a legally binding contract between the tour operator (NaranTours) and participant (you and your companions) is made.

Groups are welcome. Booking for groups should be made at least 60 days in advance prior to departure; and for individuals, at least 2 weeks in advance prior to departure.

A deposit per person is required at the time of reservation and you should pay the outstanding balance at least one month prior to the departure date of your trip. In case you register within one month of departure, the full cost should be paid at the time of registration.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. All queries, bookings and registration will be responded and confirmed within 2 working days.
2. We will provide you with visa support if required.
3. The quoted tour price is based on land operation in Mongolia, i.e. commencing from picking up from airport at the first day of the tour until transfer back to airport on the last day of the tour where the land trip concludes. The prices include all accommodations in double occupancy, meals, sight seeing costs, entrance fees, transportation as well as the English speaking guide services, and are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any of the prices, services or other particulars at any time before we enter into a contract with you. If there is any change, we will notify you before we enter into such contract, and seek your prior agreement to the changes.
4. We take responsibilities for the services we provide as well as for the services of our subcontractors.
5. We are responsible to identifying any foreseeable risks associated with the tour you take and will do what can be done to alert you and take steps wherever possible to alleviate them.
6. We cannot take any responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, force majeure, or other causes beyond our control. Such expenses, if occurred, are supposed to be borne by participants. Our liability is limited to the total cost of your travel arrangements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. If you have any medical conditions or special dietary needs you are responsible for informing us well in advance of your intended arrival.
2. You must ensure that your travel documents, full passport, and visas are in order and will remain valid for the entire length of your stay in Mongolia.
3. You are responsible to paying for or providing for your own personal equipment, tips, airport taxes, the cost of visas, vaccination, additional food and drink, personal spending money, travel insurance, and any other activities or provisions not included in the itinerary.
4. Any complaint arising from our agreement should be addressed to us at earliest opportunity.
5. If a problem arises during the trip, you should inform your Tour Guide or Trek Leader in the first instance for solution.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A deposit of US$ 250 per person is required at the time of reservation and the outstanding balance is due 30 days before the trip.

In case you register within one month of departure, the full cost must be paid at the time of registration.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for which the full payment has not been received 14 days before the trip begins. In this case the deposit will be not refundable.

Payment instruction will be forwarded to you along with conformation invoice after booking.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

An administrative fee of US$ 30 will apply to any change after confirmation.

Minimum non-refundable fee of US$ 50 will apply to all cancellations.

For cancellations received within 15- 28 days of departure, a fee of 10% of the total cost will be charged; within 8-14 days prior to departure, a fee of 25% will be charged;
within 7 days until arrival, a fee of 50% will be charged.

The cost is quoted as a package and unused tour services or features are not refundable.

INSURANCE

It is essential that all tourists are fully covered with travel insurance cover which includes personal accident, medical expenses, loss of effects, repatriation costs and all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience.
